  Efficient, honest and ethical. I cannot fault the service of Paul and his team, from a small business owner bad debts can cause many a sleepless night (and have) effecting cashflow, paying you own suppliers and much more. My only fault was not engaging him sooner. Thank you Paul, you have a customer for life (but hopefully don't want to engage you too often!).

  I have used the team at Collectmore twice now. Unfortunately, the first time I was chasing between $5K-$6K in unpaid invoices from the one client. It was an extremely stressful process however, Paul from Collectmore made me feel extremely supported. I never recovered the funds even with the amazing effort Paul put in because they were bankrupt and there was nothing more to be done. I was very appreciative of everything he did for me during the process!
  
  This did not deter me away from approaching Collectmore again almost a year later to help with an unpaid invoice from a client of another business. Rebecca from Collectmore handled our case and I cannot tell you how wonderful she was. She was thorough, honest, supportive, efficient and extremely professional. The full amount was recovered, which we had almost given up on chasing because we never thought we were getting it back! We are so thankful for the Collectmore team. Although we hope we never have to work with them again (haha) we know if we do ever get into this situation that Collectmore will have our business.

  VERY ODD experience. Paul formed a strange judgement of my character based on a single enquiry email and seemed to make up a $400 minimum debt amount as a means to exclude eligibility for services. Though we have debts to submit of higher amounts he still declined. Puzzled I left a review of this experience and received a threatening email with further judgemental statements and a threat of defamation via sharing details via social media. I don't know what to say other than be wary of this person or service!

  We had spend 33 days chasing an overdue invoice, only for the Property Manager and landlord to not return calls, voice messages or emails. We lodge the debt with CollectMore yesterday. Jodie called me within an hour. The debt was paid the very next day.
