- John Doe Added January 22, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What is it with the staff at this branch. Customers are an annoyance to them.
My kids had a bucket of coins that they wanted to bank. We were told by the teller to go to the Warner branch - "there you can use the coin count machine to count it yourself". Unbelievable! When I asked if it could be counted here, under sufferance, she used the staff machine. In her defence, she was the only teller on, and there was a lineup. But that is not my fault. Isn't it a banks job to count money?
My wife went there yesterday to open an account for my daughter. Never again. The staff member was unfriendly, only did the bare minimum, and my wife had to ask all the right questions to get any information from her.
We've learnt our lesson. We don't be back again.
